DISPATCHING & BILLING SYSTEM FOR PILOTAGE AUTHORITIES

Nicom Maritime’s Maritime Pilot System is a powerful, dispatching and billing system for marine pilotage authorities. It assigns marine pilots, who are listed in a central database, then generates associated invoices for each job. Pilots have access to the system and can review their appointments and rosters over the Internet.

The system is designed to allow pilotage authorities to track time and source forms.

MARITIME PILOT SYSTEM FEATURES
Maritime Pilot System provides necessary information to pilotage authorities such as:

voyage status
vessel tracking
complete demurrage charges, and
rate information from respective ports
handles multiple ports with different tariff structures per port
The billing system receives assignments once they have been completed, assigns automatic billing codes, and calculates hours based on tariffs.

Assignment reports can be customized by month, year, or quarter.
