Found on YouTube. Created by "Marine Insight Unscripted".
Docking a Mega ship in a busy port requires an experienced marine pilot to ensure safe ship docking operation. This video is an excellent overview of how marine pilot manoeuvres a ship into the port. Manoeuvring is an operation during which a vessel enters or exits coastal waters of a country, crosses several ships on the way, and proceeds towards or departs from a berth or jetty of a port.
Shot By an experienced marine pilot Syatibi Azhari, who assisted MSC Ambra, one of the world's longest ship (400m), to dock safely in its assigned jetty in the Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) - Malaysia
The marine pilot of the ship makes an effective contribution towards safe navigation in confined waters and the approaching port, of which, they have an up to date local knowledge.

Video Meet Captain Lyle Donovan, a San Diego Bay pilot with the San Diego Bay Pilots Association
May is Maritime Month at the Port of San Diego and we are proud to highlight some of our hardworking men and women of the Working Waterfront. Meet Captain Lyle Donovan, a San Diego Bay pilot with the San Diego Bay Pilots Association. His work consists of guiding ships in and out of San Diego Bay in a safe and efficient manner. A typical day includes guiding a 650-foot car carrying vessel or a 950-foot cruise ship into San Diego Bay. This entails boarding the vessels by climbing up a ladder, often in very rough seas and usually when it’s still dark out. The Port of San Diego thanks Captain Donovan and his fellow pilots for their hard work. To read more about the importance of the maritime industry, visit portofsandiego.org/maritimemonth

For people in Europe and in the days of a general me-too debate, it may seem a little strange that a male captain meets a female pilot and seems to ignite a romance.
There must be many more female pilots, but cooperation on the bridge must be professional, especially from the male colleagues.
I am sure that the creators of the video want to show that it is unprofessional if the captain and the pilot do not fully concentrate on their important work.
