Dublin Port Company has taken delivery of a new Pilot Boat, named DPC Dodder. Pilot transferring is unsafe and dangerous by Harbor Tug Boat from or to the ship. I analyzed and observed at many ports, Pilots using Harbor Tug Boat for transferring.
