During high seas, smaller ships board Maritime Pilots in the mass entrance to Port of Rotterdam.

On board Pilot One during boarding maneuvers to one of the regular ferries that connects Tarifa with Tangier city.

Some pilots have already lost their lives because of this non-compliant construction. We don't want to see such an arrangement again. Here is a latest video from the Middle East.

A 1,000 Navy Vessels around... Quite often those vessels have the tendency of presenting themselves with a pilot transfer arrangement which is non-compliant.
