Irish builder Safehaven Marine has delivered a new pilot boat ordered by the Port of Sines in southwestern Portugal near the country’s capital of Lisbon.

Safehaven are very pleased to have signed contracts with the Northeast Marine Pilots, Newport Rhode Island in the USA for one of our Interceptor 48 Pilot boats

It was a near-miss Thursday morning at Port Tampa Bay as a harbor pilot managed to stop a cargo ship from crashing. The ship experienced a mechanical failure as it pulled into port.
