Among the few marine professions that purse a man's technical skills and value very high, maritime piloting perhaps is in a class of its own. Pilot transferring is unsafe and dangerous by Harbor Tug Boat from or to the ship. I analyzed and observed at many ports, Pilots using Harbor Tug Boat for transferring.
