I think it's interesting to hear from people with experience what exactly is not ideal about this boat. Feel free to go into the details.

You shouldn't let yourself be blinded. That's why a lively discussion about certain designs and manufacturers of pilot boats is so important here. There are manufacturers who have years of experience with pilot boats and are always in close dialogue with their customers (pilots). There is no substitute for experience!

Compulsory pilotage will now be required for dry cargo and passenger vessels over 3,000 gross tonnes and tankers of 1,000 gross tonnes transiting eastern Hong Kong waters to and from the area of Yantian Container Terminals and Dapeng LNG Terminals, according to a Hong Kong Government Ordinance.
