An investigation is underway following a collision between "Florence Spirit" and "Alanis" in the Welland Canal. On March 26, Captain Anne McIntyre received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the California State University Maritime Academy Alumni Association’s 17th Annual Scholarship and Awards Gala.
