This 2012 edition poster covers items-, including ‘Safe Approach of the Pilot Boat’ and provision for the ‘Installation of Pilot Ladder Winch Reels’ and the requirements detailed in the new SOLAS Ch V Reg 23,that enters in to force on the 1st July 2012.
