On March 26, Captain Anne McIntyre received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the California State University Maritime Academy Alumni Association’s 17th Annual Scholarship and Awards Gala. State regulators on Friday banned cargo ship pilots from using personal cellphones on Maryland waters.
