Vessel Review by BairdMaritime.com. The Pilot boat was build by Safehaven Marine.

The Ministry of Transport can confirm that the pilot boat, St David, was involved in a crash with a reef off of the Northeast Breaker Beacon on Thursday, May 6th, 2021 at 6:48am.

The boat of 1459 project was made in 1985 at the Leningrad Shipyard "Pella" (Otradnoye, USSR).

The new pilot boat "Buran" has been delivered to Poseidon Sea Pilots of Queensland, Australia.
