The Chinese container freighter "CSCL Star" belongs to the class of Ultra Large Container Ships (ULCS) and is one of the largest ships that can enter the port of Hamburg.

I took this time lapse photograph on March 15, 2021. Three days later, the CSCL Star accidentally collided with the German cruise ship "Hanseatic Inspiration" while leaving the port. The Pilotage Act has defined the Atlantic Pilotage Authority’s area of operation as all the Canadian waters in and around the provinces of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador, as indicated on the map.
